Exhibit Booth Unit Pricing:
ISAAC Corporate Members: $2000 US
Non-ISAAC Corporate Members: $2500 US
First- time Exhibitor: $1500
Non-profit or government funded: $1000 US
Each exhibit space includes:
- Booth space unit 10' x 10'
- Pipe and drape
- (1) ID sign (7" x 44")- single line
- (1) 6' draped table
- (2) Contourside chairs
- (1) Wastebasket
Exhibiting commercial companies will receive one (1) full main conference
registration and one (1) exhibit hall pass per booth unit. Extra exhibit
hall passes cost $75 each. Non-profit, government funded exhibitors
receive two (2) exhibit hall passes per booth unit.
Each booth unit is 10' x 10'
Payment terms
A down payment of 50% for each booth unit along with a signed contract
is required to confirm your space. Payment must be in the form of a check
(payable to ISAAC 2012), credit card or PayPal. If sending a check,
please mail this application to ISAAC 2012, AAC Institute, Attention:
Morgan Ball, 1401 Forbes Avenue, Suite 206, Pittsburgh, PA, 15219, USA.
Otherwise, email completed application form as a scanned .PDF file to:

The remaining balance of booth spaces is due no later than May 1.

Cancellation policy
From the organizers
The Organizers may modify or cancel the exhibition if unforseen circumstances happen. In the event of a cancellation, the Organizers will reimburse the exhibiting company.
From the exhibiting company
In the event that the exhibiting company cancels its participation in the Conference, the
exhibiting company must notify the Organizers in writing.
